The objective of this blog is simple: to help business leaders cut through the needless complications that pervade modern organisations, and help them to keep a steady, simple focus on the key to business success: profitable growth.
My goal is to provide provocative views on growth, strategy, leadership and management, so that executives can drive the simplicity and focus needed to deliver drive new growth for their business. At its heart the blog will pursue a theme of “Occam’s Razor” which can be summarized as “the simplest solutions are generally the best solutions”.
